  • 15 min phone consult to ensure we are the right fit / to answer any questions you may have. $65.

  • 45 min sessions. $200. On average, expect to see me 1-2x/wk for 4-6 weeks and then on average I see a 35% reduction in symptoms and we start to titrate down treatment to eventual successful discharge. This is an investment with return. My goal is NOT that you are in therapy for life.

  • 1:1 consult/ guidance/ training for licensed or soon to be licensed clinicians.

    • 45 min meetings ($250)

    • (4) 45 min meetings ($900)

    • (8) 45 min meetings ($1800)

  • 30 min phone consult to help answer questions for those who need help navigating having a loved one with anxiety. $150.

  • Groups of 10-15 individuals, facilitated by a licensed professional. Groups topics can vary.
