As a licensed mental health therapist who specializes in anxiety disorders using evidence based approaches, Madina is passionate about teaching people that therapy should be more doing and less talking.

Madina believes that anxiety does not have to define us. Her personal story and professional experiences show that we can live a life where we don’t let fear run the show. She believes that talking about why we are the way we are only gets us so far, at some point we have to choose to change our behaviors, and that is just what Madina does, she helps people practice changing their behaviors to help them manage their feelings better.
